A Year in Black and White - 4/52

Hello, I hope you're having a good weekend :)

My project is going well - going into week 7 on Wednesday!  I think I may do this again next year but with a different theme.  It keeps me motivated.

This is me peeking around the camera, looking in the mirror.  I purposely put it out of focus for a gloomy effect.  I was not having a good day.

You are doing some neat things with black and white...I like how the shadow of the cat gives them both a light/dark face. I guess growing up when all our pictures were black and white, I never experimented with it much after we had color.

The cat reminds me of one we had for about 18 years. She was a small one. Our daughter found her lost on their school parking lot when she was just a tiny baby. Her friend said, you take her home tonight, and I will find a home for her--Well, I guess you can tell that never happened!

I look forward to seeing what you will do next! Have a great day!

Hi Janice :)
I have a soft spot for black and white photos, I find it gives them more of a story, if it even makes sense.

Hahaha, I would have never been able to give the cat away after taking it home for the night! Our family cat was found outside too when she was a kitten, on Christmas eve of all days!
