Flickr is for posting pictures. For blogs, this is the best place.
Flickr has changes their format recently. Have commented on one of your pictures there :-)
I will miss you, but I understand. I have an old picasa account, but haven't posted there in a long time. I keep taking pictures, but just haven't had the time to keep my blog going consistently.
